Steel City Behavioral Health, LLC supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, through individualized, waiver-eligible services under Colorado DD and SLS programs. We collaborate with team members across service agencies throughout Colorado, using person-centered practices, Colorado Supported Decision-Making, and supporting self-determination to provide coordinated, community-based behavior support services.
With our multi - systemic, strength - based, person centered team approach SCBH promotes independence and improved quality of life using strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is used to assist in the development of Individualized Programs designed to help individuals, families, and professionals work with people struggling with problem behavior. Applied Behavior Analysis is the process used to build programs that will enable each person to maximize their greatest potential, the ultimate goal being for people to become independent in all aspects of their lives, leading to a higher overall quality of life.
Behavioral health services have been provided to individuals since 2007 and SCBH continues to promote behavioral health services in Colorado.
