Steel City Behavioral Health, LLC (SCBH) is a Program Approved Service Agency (PASA), approved to provide direct community-based services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). SCBH offers these services through Medicaid waiver programs, helping individuals live more independently and participate fully in their communities.

These services are overseen by Health First Colorado (HFC), Colorado's Medicaid program, which is administered by the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) and overseen by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), ensuring compliance with state standards for quality and safety in service delivery.
